Party Games ("the App") is a party game app developed by Lume Labs ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Party Games does not require an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address or phone number. Any player names you enter to set up a game are used only to run the game on your device.
We do not sell your personal information.
2. Game content
Questions, challenges and game content for Truth or Dare, Would You Rather, Spin the Bottle and Tic Tac Toe are provided within the App. Some features may require an internet connection.
3. Advertising
The App contains ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads, in order to show and measure ads. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in advertising.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device's settings.
4. Permissions
The App only requests the permissions needed to work, such as network access for online features and to display ads. Party Games does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or location.
5. Third-party services
Google AdMob operates under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We do not control how those services handle information.
6. Data security
Communications between the App and the services it uses are encrypted in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect the App, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Data retention and deletion
Because the App does not collect personal information on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Any information stored in the App on your device is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it. If you have a question or request, please contact us.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below.
9. Children's privacy
Party Games is designed to be family friendly, but it is a general-audience app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
